Ingredients
  

For the Pasta & Chicken

  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  • While pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce

Step 4: Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach
